As an experienced Machine Operator III at our Orrville, OH location you’ll. Work with Mazak or similar machines (holding tolerance of.001 and finish of 32Ra, typically). Be responsible to document a setup and set up the machine. Perform some programming (with assistance as needed). Operate machines and inspect their work. Take ownership of necessary documentation and paperwork, as required.
Train and mentor Machine Operator II and below. Operate equipment with no assistance (including changing tools, making offsets, checking quality, and meeting production rate).
